Our verdict on Hivey
Hivey is market management software for farmers market managers, festival planners, and event operators. It brings vendor applications, approvals, waitlists, booth assignments, fee collection, communications, documents, check-in, reconciliation, and reporting into one system. Its focus is recurring market and pop-up event operations, making it a strong fit for organizers who need to coordinate vendors across repeated events rather than manage a single exhibition. The product is available on the web and through an API.
The plan structure is organized by operating scale. Hivey Fest Basic is for a single-location market and recurring vendor events, while Hivey Fest Pro supports markets and festivals with up to 6 locations. Hivey Fest Ultimate extends that positioning to large-scale operations with up to 10 locations. All three market plans include unlimited events and vendors, application management, booth mapping and assignment, and online application and booth-fee collection. Enterprise is designed for large networks and organizations and adds dedicated partner support. Hivey is a paid product with no free plan, and its positioning uses flat monthly plans without per-vendor software fees.
