Its focus suits enterprise field operations, regulated industries, and government workflows where teams may need structured approvals, reporting, and connections to existing business systems.
The platform’s main strength is its breadth of workflow-building tools. A drag-and-drop designer supports conditional decision nodes, custom workflow applications, task assignment, analytics, and reporting. AI-assisted workflow generation adds another way to create processes, while REST API and workflow web requests support custom connections.
