Hello Club is cloud-based membership management software for racket-sports clubs, community groups and other member organisations. It brings member records, online registration, renewals, payments, facility bookings, events and communications into one system. Members can register, renew, pay and book through an online portal, while administrators manage groups, custom registration forms, reminders, bulk emails and financial reconciliation. Its small, mid-market and enterprise fit makes it relevant to clubs that want to move routine membership activity online.
Pricing is organised across Entry, Standard, Premium and Business tiers, with monthly and annual billing. Entry costs $46 per month or $506 per year and includes a centralised database, online registration, online bookings and data exporting. Standard is $82 monthly or $902 annually, adding public events, automated renewals and payments, customised form fields, onboarding support and unlimited emails. Premium costs $118 per month or $1,298 per year, adding a custom member portal URL and extra custom branding. Business is $226 monthly or $2,486 annually, with up to 10 sports or activities, up to 7 custom pages, unlimited integrations and API access. A 30-day trial is available without a credit card.
The ecosystem covers Stripe for online payments, Xero for reconciliation, Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor for outreach, Google Calendar and Google Mail, plus Rocketspark website builder. Web and API deployment support cloud access, while email, phone, chat and documentation provide several support routes. The main trade-off is tiering: API access and unlimited integrations sit only in Business, while branded portal controls begin at Premium. Clubs needing registration, recurring dues, bookings and communications in one portal should consider Hello Club; organisations prioritising extensive API work at a lower tier or a built-in website creation workflow should evaluate alternatives.
