HeartCount is a web-based employee engagement and people analytics platform for HR teams, managers, and organizational leaders. It combines weekly pulse surveys, custom questionnaires, anonymous or transparent responses, peer recognition through Kudos Cards, feedback communication threads, and engagement metrics such as EEI, eNPS, and intent to leave. Its focus suits organizations that want recurring employee signals alongside retention-risk analysis rather than a tool limited to occasional surveys.
Pricing is accessible for smaller teams. The Starter plan is free for up to 25 employees and includes pulse checks, custom surveys, feedback management, communication, peer recognition, churn prediction, and AI insights. Business costs $2.50 per employee per month when billed monthly, supports up to 500 employees, and adds advanced and automated custom reporting, trend analysis, data retention, and Single Sign-On. Enterprise uses custom pricing and adds the AI Impact Module, custom integrations, an implementation partner, a Customer Success Manager, a premium SLA, and priority support.
