Vantage Circle is a SaaS employee engagement platform for organizations managing recognition and rewards, employee surveys, feedback, corporate perks, and wellness programs. Its product suite includes Vantage Recognition, Vantage Pulse, Vantage Perks, and Vantage Fit. Teams can use peer-to-peer and manager-led recognition, recurring pulse and lifecycle surveys, anonymous two-way feedback conversations, wellness challenges, fitness tracking, and global rewards options across web, iOS, and Android.
The published plans show a tiered progression. Grow includes Vantage Rewards and Vantage Perks, peer-to-peer recognition, nomination-based awards, automated milestone recognition, mobile and web apps, and basic analytics and insights.
