Harvestr is a product feedback intelligence platform for B2B SaaS teams. It brings feedback from support, sales, communication, research, and other sources into a centralized repository, then supports categorization, trend analysis, customer and revenue context, opportunity prioritization, and roadmap planning. Product teams can share private or public roadmaps, use feedback widgets, segment customers, and send feedback-loop notifications. It is available through the web, a Chrome extension, and an API, with cloud and browser-extension deployment.
The plan structure is straightforward but editor pricing is a significant budget consideration. Core costs $79 per editor per month when billed monthly or $65 per editor per month when billed annually. It includes unlimited contributors, 250 AI categorizations per month, 100 AI asks per month, Feedback Intelligence, Customer Insights, and Product decisions. Scale costs $99 monthly or $85 annually per editor and adds 500 AI categorizations, 250 AI asks, Advanced connectors, Smart inboxes, and Catchup.
