Growform is a web-based form builder for lead-generation teams, agencies, and marketers. It supports single-step and multi-step forms, quiz-style experiences, and conversational forms without coding. A drag-and-drop builder includes conditional logic, logic jumps, responsive layouts, custom CSS, fonts, colors, hidden UTM fields, and standalone form links. Teams can embed forms in HTML or send visitors to hosted form links, then deliver submissions through email notifications, webhooks, Zapier, and integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Pipedrive, WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, and Leadpages.
The paid plans are Startup, Agency, and Custom, with a 14-day free trial. Startup supports embedding on one domain, up to 300 leads per month, 25+ form fields, 20+ templates, conditional logic, and hidden fields. Agency includes everything in Startup and adds embedding on five domains, up to 1,000 leads per month, custom Google Tag Manager containers, and priority email support. Custom expands this to unlimited domains and thousands of leads per month, with real-time phone validation, lead provenance verification, a 99.9% uptime SLA, and custom integrations and development.
Growform is less suitable for teams that need a free ongoing plan or built-in A/B testing, which is planned for a future release. The tier structure also makes domain coverage, lead volume, and advanced validation capabilities important purchasing considerations. Teams that need validated, multi-step lead capture with conditional journeys and downstream routing should find the feature set aligned with their workflow. Those prioritizing experimentation tools, free usage, or simpler forms may prefer an alternative designed around those requirements.
