GQueues is a task management application for organizing individual and shared work in prioritized queues. It supports list, Kanban, and calendar views, along with due dates, reminders, task durations, repeating tasks, unlimited subtasks, tags, attachments, comments, assignments, and activity history. Google-centric users can connect Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Workspace, and Chrome, while mobile apps extend access to iOS and Android.

The pricing structure starts with the free GQueues Lite tier, which includes core task management and Google login. GQueues for YOU costs $3 per month with annual billing and adds Google integrations, reminders, search, and mobile apps. GQueues for BUSINESS costs $4 per user per month with annual billing and adds team collaboration, unlimited shared calendars, bulk actions, Google Workspace integration, and central license management. A 14-day free trial is also available, giving buyers a way to evaluate the paid experience before committing.

Its strongest fit is the Google ecosystem: two-way Google Calendar syncing, Gmail task creation with email attachments, and queue sharing connect task work to familiar Google workflows. Smart Queues, bulk actions, public publishing, and task assignments add useful structure for shared work. The trade-off is focus rather than breadth; the integration set is centered on Google services, and higher-level administration belongs to the Business plan. Choose GQueues if shared queues and Google Workspace compatibility are priorities. Consider another task manager if your workflow depends on a broader range of non-Google integrations or a different billing model.
