It brings Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages and Yelp reviews into a unified inbox, with review and rating synchronization, low-rated review alerts and AI-assisted reply drafts. Teams can publish approved replies to Google and Facebook, request reviews by email or SMS, and track rating, response-rate and review-generation analytics. Its web-based approach suits businesses that want core review workflows without a broad multi-channel monitoring system.
Pricing is structured around location count and reporting depth. Essential costs $39 per month for one location and includes the three platform connections, unified inbox, AI reply drafts, weekly email digest and low-rated review alerts. Pro costs $69 per month for up to three locations and adds monthly email reports, response-rate tracking, CSV export, and automation for alerts, auto-draft and email review requests. Agency costs $199 per month for up to 10 locations, with white-label reports, custom report branding, priority support, and email requests with shareable links.
