Our verdict on GetAccept

GetAccept is a proposal and digital sales room platform for revenue teams that need more than document creation. It supports proposals and quotes, branded buyer-facing spaces, pricing tables, electronic signatures, contract management, renewal reminders, engagement tracking, mutual action plans, CRM-connected workflows, and payment integrations. Sales teams can use it to share commercial content, monitor recipient activity, collect signatures, and keep proposal-related work connected to customer and revenue processes across web, iOS, Android, and API access.

Pricing is structured around paid monthly plans. The eSign plan costs $25 per user per month and includes unlimited electronic signatures, an in-app editor, simple branding, contract management, automated reminders, and chat. Professional costs $49 per user per month and adds AI editing and meeting summaries, advanced branding, mutual action plans, a pricing table and product library, CRM integrations, and advanced stakeholder engagement. Enterprise adds CPQ, an unlimited product library, single sign-on, entities, API read access, and payment integrations. This tiering makes eSign suitable for signature-led workflows, while teams needing sales-room organization, CRM connectivity, or AI features should look at Professional or Enterprise.

Its ecosystem is a strong fit for sales operations that already rely on systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or SuperOffice. GetAccept also connects with Stripe, Chargebee, and Authorize.net for payment collection, plus Google Drive, Google Docs, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Gong. The feature breadth favors teams consolidating proposal, engagement, contract, and payment workflows in one product. Smaller teams seeking only basic proposal creation or signatures may find this broader sales process focus less suitable, especially without a free plan.
