    • Mobile access uses an installable PWA rather than an App Store listing.

Our verdict on GenieCRM

GenieCRM is a real estate CRM module within the MLS Genie WordPress platform. It is designed for solo agents, agent teams, independent brokerages and larger organizations that need lead management alongside website, listing and client communication tools. The platform combines contact records, activity timelines, lead scoring, drag-and-drop pipelines, task assignment, automated follow-up, MLS-based property alerts, market reports and comparative market analysis tools. It supports web, iOS, Android, API and self-hosted environments, with WordPress deployment at its center.

Pricing is structured as flat monthly plans rather than per-user billing. Starter costs $195 per month and includes a WordPress IDX website, MLS import, live search, listing SEO, a Market Data Library and the Ask Genie AI assistant. Agent costs $495 per month and adds GenieCRM leads, pipelines and tasks, drip campaigns, client alerts, GenieCMA, lead capture forms, webhooks, GeniePWA and GeniePortal. Agent Pro costs $795 per month and adds AI website chat, Property Intelligence, Reputation Manager, Social Manager and GenieLayers map overlays. Team costs $1,695 per month and adds team chat, commission management, two-way SMS, multi-agent pipeline management and seller prospecting.

The strongest fit is a growing brokerage that wants one configurable system spanning website capture, CRM workflows, property matching, marketing and team operations. Integrations with Gravity Forms, WPForms, Contact Form 7, Forminator, Ninja Forms and CINC support lead intake, while automated MLS alerts and saved buyer criteria help connect prospects with listings. The platform also offers email, phone, chat, ticket and documentation support, 24/7 support availability, and SOC 2 compliance. Smaller teams should weigh the $195 monthly starting point, while brokerages needing white-label builds, multi-office management, full-service onboarding and priority support can consider the Brokerages plan.
