It covers estimates, jobsheets, invoicing, technician scheduling and time tracking, alongside customer bookings and communication. Technicians can complete custom checklists and vehicle health checks with photos and comments, then send inspection reports for online approval of recommended work. The combination is aimed at garages that want operational and customer-facing workflows in one place, especially workshops managing several locations.

At this price point, the breadth matters: the system includes parts inventory, stock transfers and purchase orders as well as workshop scheduling, online booking with automated confirmations and jobsheet creation, and SMS and email reminders or updates.
