Tekmetric is cloud-based automotive repair shop management software for independent shops, mobile mechanics, franchises, and multi-location operators. It brings repair orders, estimate building, digital vehicle inspections, customer approvals, parts and inventory management, technician time clocks, invoicing, reporting, payments, and integrations into one platform. Web, iOS, and Android access supports shop teams, technicians, and mobile inspection workflows. Its coverage fits small, mid-market, and enterprise operations that want a shared system for daily repair work and shop administration.
Pricing is organized by shop and billed monthly or annually. Start costs $199 per shop per month with monthly billing or $179 with annual billing, including inventory and vendor management, digital vehicle inspections, Smart Jobs, and digital authorizations and invoicing. Grow costs $349 monthly or $309 with annual billing and adds Labor Guide, Maintenance Schedule, Time and Job Clocks, plus parts, inventory, and marketing reports. Scale costs $439 monthly or $409 with annual billing and adds two-way texting, a real-time shop dashboard, a technician board, and employee performance analytics.
