Our verdict on GetAFix
GetAFix is cloud-based automotive operations software for independent garages, multi-branch workshops, dealerships, OEMs and fleets. Core capabilities include digital job cards, work orders, inspection checklists, customer-approved estimates through WhatsApp, invoicing, parts inventory, technician scheduling, vehicle history and online booking. Browser access, mobile apps and API access support shop-floor and administrative workflows, while the wider platform covers dealer management, fleet management, vehicle sales workflows and consumer apps.
The plan structure is clear, but pricing requires a tailored quote across all tiers. Starter includes digital job cards, GST/VAT invoices, inventory management, WhatsApp notifications, service reminders and mobile apps. Growth adds AI-assisted job cards and estimates, technician scheduling, an online booking page, a white-label consumer app, advanced analytics and 100+ integrations. Enterprise extends the platform with dealer and fleet management, insurance claims and warranty workflows, hybrid hosting, custom integrations, SSO and a 99.9% uptime SLA. Annual billing is available, with savings on Starter and Growth and negotiable terms for Enterprise.
