Our verdict on FYI
FYI is a cloud-based platform for accounting practices that brings document management, client workspaces, job and task management, workflow automation, time management, billing, and practice reporting into one system. It is aimed at firms managing client records, recurring processes, staff workloads, deadlines, and invoicing, particularly those centered on Microsoft 365 and established practice-management applications. Client collaboration is also part of the product through secure document sharing, upload folders, and co-editing.
The published plans are structured around increasing operational depth. Intermediate includes practice-management synchronization, email and attachment auto-filing, task management, client workspaces, document management, and job management. Pro adds a Kanban-style jobs board, workflows, collaboration, custom process automations, and access to all app integrations. Elite adds time and billing, reports, client maintenance, employee management, and AutoTime.
