Its broad feature set suits firms that want to coordinate client work, staff workloads, recurring tasks, documents, and payments without assembling separate systems. Web, iOS, Android, and API access also support firms with distributed teams or connected internal tools.
Pricing is structured around Standard, Plus, Premium, and Enterprise tiers, alongside a free basic package that supports up to 20 contacts. Standard covers the core operating layer, including CRM, document management, eSign, client portals, secure messaging, recurring workflows, invoicing, and payments.
