FromUsers is a user-research platform for UX researchers, market researchers, and product teams. It combines surveys, unmoderated usability tests for prototypes and live products, and in-product feedback through a JavaScript SDK. Teams can distribute studies through links, email, or Prolific, then collect screen, camera, microphone, audio, and video responses. Its web, iOS, Android, and API availability supports research across product and participant workflows.
The Coffee Plan costs $10 per user per month when billed monthly, or $100 per user per year with annual billing. It includes 1 seat, 3 active studies, unlimited own testers, 100 responses per study, and 20 questions per study. Pro adds unlimited active studies, unlimited responses per study, unlimited study length, video and audio responses, session recordings, and transcription. Custom adds custom storage and AI usage, custom panel access, SSO and SAML login, a dedicated success manager, custom legal and DPA terms, and research coaching.
