FORTE is a Hebrew-language cloud platform for managing music conservatories. It brings student and teacher administration together with timetables, attendance, ensembles, exams, payments and reporting. The vendor describes tools for managers, teachers and students, and multi-branch support. Its scope makes it a fit for conservatories that need to coordinate academic and administrative work in one system, rather than schools looking only for a straightforward lesson scheduler.

The record-keeping covers student progress, grades, exams, attendance, payments and documents, alongside teacher profiles, assignments, hour reports and evaluations. Timetable management includes room scheduling and conflict prevention; ensemble and orchestra tools track memberships and rehearsals. Digital exams support grades, examiner signatures and certificates. This breadth is useful where administration spans individual students, teachers, groups and formal assessments. Managers can also use dashboards, reports and PDF or Excel exports, including exports the vendor describes for Israel’s Ministry of Education.

Financial and operational workflows include credit-card processing, automated invoices and receipts, and payroll reports. Email and WhatsApp broadcasts can target audiences, and the FORTE AI assistant answers questions and helps users navigate the system. According to the vendor, implementation involves importing data and configuring users and schedules, without local installation or servers. The vendor offers an introductory meeting and demonstration; pricing is by contacting sales. That makes it harder to assess cost before speaking with the company.
