Firstbase is a cloud IT asset management platform for distributed and hybrid organizations. It centralizes hardware procurement, global fulfillment, provisioning, inventory, employee assignment, repairs, retrieval, secure data destruction, recycling, and redeployment. IT teams can track serial numbers, lifecycle status, warranties, locations, refreshes, audit trails, and compliance reporting. Employees receive a self-service portal for equipment requests and replacements, making the product a fit for organizations coordinating hardware across remote and distributed workforces.
Its strongest area is the depth of hardware lifecycle operations. Firstbase covers the process from purchasing and delivery through onboarding, offboarding, reverse logistics, erasure, and final disposition. Employee workflows connect with systems such as ADP, BambooHR, HiBob, Namely, Rippling, UKG Pro, Workday, and Oracle HCM, while identity and service integrations include Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, JumpCloud, ServiceNow, and Zendesk.
