It centralizes hardware procurement, global fulfillment, provisioning, inventory, employee assignment, repairs, retrieval, secure data destruction, recycling, and redeployment. IT teams can track serial numbers, lifecycle status, warranties, locations, refreshes, audit trails, and compliance reporting. Employees receive a self-service portal for equipment requests and replacements, making the product a fit for organizations coordinating hardware across remote and distributed workforces.
