Records can cover acquisition, assignment, maintenance, depreciation, refresh and disposal, while check-in/check-out workflows, contract and warranty tracking, and secure disposal records support ongoing control. Mobile access and web, Windows, Android and API availability broaden its fit across distributed teams.
The published plans show a paid structure with a 14-day trial and no free plan. Starter costs GHS 240 per month when billed annually and includes unlimited users, up to 500 assets, unlimited locations, standard reports, email support and a mobile app. Professional costs GHS 590 per month billed annually, raises the limit to 1,500 assets, and adds advanced reports, API access and custom fields.
