Find Asset is a SaaS asset management platform for organizations and IT teams that need to track physical equipment, software licenses and asset history. Its scope also suits schools, hospitals, manufacturers, government agencies and other asset-intensive groups. Records can cover acquisition, assignment, maintenance, depreciation, refresh and disposal, while check-in/check-out workflows, contract and warranty tracking, and secure disposal records support ongoing control. Mobile access and web, Windows, Android and API availability broaden its fit across distributed teams.
The published plans show a paid structure with a 14-day trial and no free plan. Starter costs GHS 240 per month when billed annually and includes unlimited users, up to 500 assets, unlimited locations, standard reports, email support and a mobile app. Professional costs GHS 590 per month billed annually, raises the limit to 1,500 assets, and adds advanced reports, API access and custom fields. Business costs GHS 1,290 per month billed annually, supports up to 5,000 assets, and adds the AI suite, SSO integration and custom integrations. Enterprise includes unlimited assets, white-label and on-premise options, plus an SLA and dedicated account manager.
For operational fit, Find Asset combines QR, barcode and RFID scanning with software-license records, lifecycle histories, maintenance, depreciation and book-value tracking. REST API access, webhooks, Slack notifications and CSV import/export provide practical connection points, while role-based access control supports permission management. The main boundary is scale at the lower tiers: Starter's 500-asset ceiling may not suit larger inventories, and the most advanced deployment and support options sit in Enterprise. Small teams wanting physical asset controls should find the coverage appropriate; organizations needing more than 500 assets should assess Professional, Business or Enterprise instead.
