EZO EAM brings asset records, check-in and checkout, reservations, inventory, and maintenance workflows into a system for organizations managing equipment across teams and locations. Its web and iOS and Android access supports mobile asset and maintenance work, while work orders can be created, assigned, and tracked. Small, mid-market, and enterprise teams are listed as fits; the breadth of functions may be more than a team needs if it only wants a simple asset register.
Maintenance is a substantial part of the product. Preventive schedules can be triggered by time, usage, or condition thresholds, and parts can be linked to work orders with threshold-based procurement. Reporting, approvals, and workflow automation add coordination around those processes. However, full CMMS functions are an add-on or part of Enterprise, so teams evaluating EZO EAM specifically for a broader maintenance system should compare the required capabilities with the selected tier before deciding.
