Our verdict on EZDZ Waiver
EZDZ Waiver is an online waiver platform for gyms, CrossFit boxes, personal trainers, yoga studios, and other fitness businesses. It supports uploaded PDF waivers with configurable signature, date, checkbox, and text fields, along with mobile signing links, on-site kiosk signing, and signed-PDF storage. Fitness businesses can apply it to member onboarding, personal-training agreements, class waivers, workshops, and guest passes. Its clearest fit is a gym that needs waiver validity and check-in enforcement to be part of the onboarding process.
