EZCoordinator is a cloud-based real estate transaction management platform for solo coordinators, agents, brokers, administrators, and small teams. It brings transaction details, documents, emails, contacts, tasks, deadlines, and compliance review into one workspace. Web and iOS access support work across devices, while custom fields, task templates, permissions, reporting, document approvals, and collaboration cover the core coordination process.
Pricing is organized around individual use and expanded transaction capacity. EZ Starter costs $39 per month and includes 1 user, 10 active transactions, 100 prospects, 5 GB of document storage, 2 custom sections and fields, and unlimited task templates. EZ Pro costs $79 per month and adds unlimited transactions, unlimited prospects, unlimited document uploads, unlimited email connections through Gmail, Microsoft 365, and SMTP, plus 3 DocuSign e-signatures. EZ Team includes all EZ Pro features, along with 10 DocuSign e-signatures, customized user permissions, lead assignment, document review and audit, and audit logs. A 14-day free trial is available, with no free plan.
