ExpoMap is a web-based exhibitor management platform for trade shows, expos, conferences, associations, and corporate events. It brings together interactive 2D/3D floor plans, booth sales and assignment, exhibitor self-service, registration, ticketing, QR badges, check-in, lead capture, meetings, messaging, service ordering, payments, analytics, and event microsites. Organizers can use it to manage event operations, while exhibitors can maintain profiles, products, documents, badges, service orders, leads, and meetings through a portal. It is best suited to mid-sized events that need more than a static floorplan, with a listed capacity of 300 exhibitors.
The Free plan costs $0 per year and includes a floor plan, registration, an exhibitor portal, and an ExpoMap subdomain. Growth adds five events, a white-label custom domain, AI concierge and lead tools, and a contractor portal. Scale adds 25 events, API access, SSO, priority support, and everything in Growth. Enterprise adds unlimited events and exhibitors, multi-organization support, an SLA, and custom integrations. This progression makes the product easy to assess at the entry level, while teams needing branding, automation, or larger event programs will need to move up a tier.
ExpoMap’s strongest differentiator is its breadth: floor planning connects with booth sales, exhibitor services, lead scoring, meeting scheduling, messaging, and payments through Stripe.
