Exhibitio is a web-based event commerce and finance platform for trade-show, exhibition, expo, fair, and convention organizers. It brings exhibitor applications, approval workflows, booth and floor-space sales, ticketing, registration, badge printing, check-in, budgeting, invoice intake, supplier payments, and reconciliation into one workspace. Event operators that earn revenue from booth sales and paid attendance are the clearest fit, while organizers looking for a simple registration-only tool may find its broader financial scope unnecessary.
The published plans use a freemium model. The Free workspace costs $0 per workspace and provides workspace access without a subscription. Paid tickets carry a $0.99 fee per ticket sold, booths carry a $15 fee per booth sold, and paid event packages carry a $25 fee per package sold. Exhibitio Finance costs $1 per payment and adds scheduled supplier payments, invoice email-in, and automated reconciliation. The Customer Service Agent costs $1.50 per resolution and answers buyer questions using published event information. This structure keeps workspace access free but ties costs to transaction volume and optional operational services.
Operational breadth is the standout feature. Exhibitors can apply, be approved or rejected, select booth and floor-space placements, pay deposits and balances, and use automated instalments.
