Excellerate is church management software for organizing member and family records, visitor follow-up, small groups, classes, contributions, attendance, communications, volunteers, and check-in. It is suited to churches that want one system for administrative records and ministry workflows, particularly smaller congregations evaluating a free option. The platform is available as installed desktop software and through a cloud plan, with web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux support listed across the product offering.

Pricing gives smaller churches a clear entry point. The Free 50 Member Version costs $0 and is an installed version limited to 50 members. Desktop Church Management costs $145 one time and provides a 100-member starting configuration through Windows desktop software. Cloud Church Management starts at $50 per month, also with a 100-member starting configuration, and adds cloud access, check-in, and support. The paid tiers therefore separate local Windows use from browser-based access and included service support, rather than presenting one path for every church.
