Its scope also includes group menus, location-specific pricing, calendars, guest portals, reporting, staff training, and online payments through Stripe. The fit is strongest for restaurant operators managing multiple concepts or locations that need shared records and roll-up reporting rather than a narrow event booking tool.
Pricing is organized into two paid options. The Monthly plan costs $360 per location per month and includes every user, unlimited events, leads, and proposals, AI-drafted proposals, contracts, and BEOs, online deposits and payments, group menus, packages and pricing, and staff training. The Annual plan costs $300 per location per month with the same listed inclusions. That structure makes the annual option the lower published rate, while the product remains a significant operating expense for smaller caterers or single-location teams.
