Exceed HMS combines hotel operations and accounting for Indian hotels, resorts, homestays, and multi-property groups. Its scope covers reservations, front-office operations, housekeeping, billing, restaurant POS, channel management, booking engines, reporting, and financial accounting. For finance teams, the accounting layer includes a hotel-specific general ledger and chart of accounts, automated PMS-to-general-ledger posting, receivables, purchasing, GST-related workflows, and audit trails for voids, refunds, and rate changes. Web, Android, and self-hosted deployments support different operating models.
Pricing is tiered across four plans, with a 14-day trial and no free plan. Classic costs INR 2,200 per month or INR 1,980 with annual billing and includes the cloud property management system. Gold costs INR 2,800 monthly or INR 2,520 annually, adding point of sale plus stores and inventory. Platinum costs INR 3,200 monthly or INR 2,880 annually, adding financial accounts and banquet and event management. Diamond costs INR 4,200 monthly or INR 3,780 annually, adding a booking engine and channel manager.
