Its DP Finance core combines a USALI 12th Edition-compliant general ledger with financial reporting, accounts payable, invoice approvals, automated bank reconciliation, multi-property and multi-entity consolidation, and multi-currency accounting. It also supports restaurant, bar, and retail revenue posting through POS integrations, making it relevant for hotel groups with food-and-beverage operations.
Pricing is customized by property count and selected modules, with a contact-sales purchasing model. The core platform covers accounting and reporting, while optional capabilities extend into invoice automation, procurement, payment automation, and custom integrations. AI-powered invoice capture and GL coding can support accounts-payable processing, while remote approvals and role-based access controls support distributed finance teams.
