A Microsoft 365-focused CRM with modular pricing, offline mobile access, and AI email tools.

eWay-CRM is a customer relationship management platform built around Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365. It is designed for small and midsize businesses managing contacts, companies, emails, meetings, deals, projects, tasks, documents, and follow-ups. Web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android access gives teams several ways to work, while self-hosting and an API provide additional deployment and extension options. Its fit is strongest for organizations already centered on Microsoft tools rather than teams seeking a CRM detached from the Microsoft ecosystem.
Pricing is modular rather than a single all-in-one ladder. The Free plan supports unlimited users, contacts and companies, manual email saving, Outlook calendar synchronization, and 200 MB of cloud storage. Contacts & Companies Lite costs $20 per user per month and adds basic customizations, task reminders, 10 GB of storage, and email support. Standard costs $27 and adds automatic email saving, Outlook contacts synchronization, task suggestions, email tone detection, API access, and workflow automation. Plus costs $40 and adds all available AI features, unlimited workflows and custom fields, document versioning, and 50 GB of storage. Sales Lite and Projects Lite each cost $10 per user per month, covering separate sales or project capabilities.
Microsoft ecosystem coverage is the product’s clearest differentiator. Integrations include Outlook, Microsoft 365, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, WordPress, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Zapier, 3CX, and Adobe Sign. Teams can track deal stages in a visual board, convert deals into projects, store documents and email, and use mobile access with offline support. AI features include email summaries, tone detection, task suggestions, and contact signature recognition. Choose eWay-CRM when Microsoft synchronization and modular sales or project management matter most; consider alternatives if you want a single, broader CRM package without separating core modules by plan.
