Our verdict on Eventzilla

Eventzilla is an event management platform for businesses, associations, nonprofits, and educational organizations. It supports branded event websites, registration and ticketing, agenda and speaker management, email communications, onsite check-in, badge printing, exhibitor lead capture, analytics, and virtual or hybrid experiences. Organizers can run in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, while attendees can access agendas, networking, chats, polls, and notifications through the Event Hub mobile app. Its broad feature set suits teams managing varied event formats rather than organizers looking only for simple registration.

Pricing is built around a free plan and per-registration fees instead of a monthly subscription. The Basic plan includes unlimited events, unlimited free registration types, registration forms, confirmation emails, and mobile check-in and sales. Pro keeps the $1.50-per-registration fee and adds a 1.9% fee, along with paid ticket types, customizable forms, seating plans, discount codes, and agenda tools. Plus adds a 2.9% fee to the $1.50 charge and includes advanced website design, conditional-logic forms, customizable emails and ticket templates, exhibitor management, and virtual event and live-streaming tools. Custom pricing adds onboarding, data-import assistance, prioritized support, and a dedicated account manager.

The platform’s main strength is breadth: registration, ticketing, communications, onsite workflows, attendee engagement, analytics, and virtual delivery are brought into one product. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support different operating models, while Zapier and Google Analytics provide additional integration options. Teams should consider Eventzilla when they need varied event capabilities and want costs tied to registrations. It may be less suitable for organizations seeking a predictable monthly bill, since paid tiers use per-registration charges and higher plans add percentage fees.
