EventReception is an online event-planning platform for hotels, venues, caterers and event professionals. It combines scaled floor-plan and table-plan creation with seating charts, guest-list management, SMS seating messages, navigation maps, event requests, space availability, client communication and guest check-in. Teams can work through web, iOS and Android, including iPad and Android check-in workflows. It is a strong fit for mobile event teams that need seating and check-in in the same operating environment.
The product’s standout strength is the connection between diagrams and guest operations. Users can import attendee lists from Excel, seat guests at tables or chairs, share floor-plan changes in real time, and export plans as PDF, Excel or print files. SMS seating messages and navigation maps extend the workflow beyond the planning screen, while check-in reports and analytics support event-day administration. The free e-GuestList account allows unlimited events with up to 30 guests per event; the main event-planning packages are paid.
