Our verdict on EventHub
EventHub gives event organizers a web-based way to sell participation and manage exhibitor and vendor workflows. It suits exhibitions that need to publish marketplace pages, offer packages and booth spaces, collect applications and paperwork, and coordinate assignments and logistics. The cloud platform supports in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, with features covering the process from discovery and application through orders and booth access.
Its strongest fit is event commerce and operations. Organizers can create packages, set optional booth spaces, track inventory with sold-out controls, and use custom applications with applicant-type questions. Paperwork workflows can require completion, signatures, and read receipts. A central order dashboard brings together applications, payments, documents, assignments, reporting, and manual orders; interactive floor plans, virtual booth access, reminders, and batch logistics messaging extend that workflow. CSV and Excel exports help move order and logistics information elsewhere. Payment gateway connections include Stripe, Authorize.net, and PayPal.
