Our verdict on Evalanche

Evalanche is a web-based marketing automation, email marketing, and lead management platform from SC-Networks GmbH. It is aimed at medium-sized and internationally active B2B companies and agencies that need to coordinate campaigns, capture leads, score prospects, and route qualified contacts to sales. Its feature set covers automated email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, native web forms, multistage workflows, profile and activity scoring, reporting, and KPI dashboards. The platform is available through web and API access and is deployed in the cloud.

The pricing structure is organized into four monthly plans. Entry costs €195 per month and provides a range of functions and support. Automation costs €375 per month for users seeking additional automation, while Professional costs €595 per month and is positioned around all functions. Enterprise costs €1,295 per month and is described as a modular CX platform for 360-degree communications. An individual offer is required, and PowerSets are separately priced add-ons. This makes Evalanche more suitable for organizations with an established B2B marketing operation than for teams seeking a low-cost starting point.

Its strongest fit is with businesses that need marketing automation connected to existing systems. Integrations include Salesforce Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SAP Sales Cloud, WordPress, TYPO3, Sitecore, Adobe Commerce, Shopware, Google Analytics, and QlikView, alongside SOAP, Reporting, SmartForms, and PHP APIs. Security and governance features include SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and two-factor authentication, with hosting in German data centers. Choose Evalanche for structured journeys, lead management, and broad enterprise-system connectivity; consider an alternative if your priority is a lower entry price or a deployment option beyond the cloud.
