Eternly Analytics is a web-based retention analytics service for Shopify merchants running subscription businesses. It combines Shopify data with Recharge, Loop Subscriptions or Skio data, then organizes retention cohorts from M+1 through M+12. Subscription teams can examine RFM segments, customer lifetime value at 3, 6, 12 and 24 months, MRR and ARR components, churn reasons, repurchase behavior, rebill success, product affinity and winback timing. Longevity Leon adds AI-generated retention recommendations, while Klaviyo synchronization supports profile and segment activation.
Pricing is structured around three monthly paid plans, with a Free tier also available. Growth costs $99 per month and includes Full Analytics, Klaviyo Sync, a Recommendations log and one Leon request per day. Scale costs $199 per month, adds five Leon requests per day and Priority support, and includes everything in Growth. Pro costs $299 per month and adds unlimited Leon requests, a Dedicated CSM, image and CSV analysis exports, and Slack support. Growth and Scale include a 14-day trial without a credit card; accounts revert to the Free tier when no paid plan is selected.
