Our verdict on eSPACE
eSPACE is cloud-based facility management software for churches, schools, colleges and community organizations. For churches, it brings event and space reservations together with public website calendars, work-order requests, preventive maintenance, asset tracking, facility rentals, HVAC automation and door access control. Unlimited users are included across the listed plans, while location, event, space, floor-plan and custom-layer limits vary by tier.
The paid plans scale from Basic to Enterprise. Basic supports 50 events per month, 100 spaces, resources and services, one location, one floor plan and one custom layer. Premium increases capacity to 200 events, 200 spaces, resources and services, three locations, 15 floor plans and 75 custom layers. Ultimate supports 300 events, 300 spaces, resources and services, five locations, unlimited floor plans and unlimited custom layers. Enterprise extends the limits to 300+ events, 300+ spaces, resources and services, and six or more locations. The published plans show annual subscriptions, with no free plan. Separate support options range from ticket and email support with a knowledge base and community access to scheduled phone support, live in-app chat, dedicated account management and customized sessions.
Its ecosystem fit is a central strength. eSPACE runs on the web, offers a mobile app, and integrates with Outlook, Google, HVAC systems, lighting systems, digital signage, access systems and Brivo.
