It supports job requisitions, candidate applications, configurable recruitment workflows, candidate and hiring-manager portals, interview scheduling, careers-site integration, job-board distribution, recruitment analytics, offers, contracts, e-signatures, and onboarding. Its scope suits organisations that want recruitment and post-offer processes in one system, from small businesses through enterprise companies.
Workflow coverage is a central strength. Teams can use drag-and-drop candidate pipelines, automated CV parsing, availability slots, calendar confirmations, candidate source tracking, and hiring-manager feedback. The candidate portal supports online applications and application tracking, while branded careers-site integration and vacancy search help connect the public-facing application journey to internal recruitment work.
