Eden Workplace is a workplace management platform for hybrid and in-person teams. It brings together desk booking, meeting-room scheduling, visitor registration, package and mail delivery tracking, and internal ticketing. Employees can reserve desks or rooms through the web, iOS, Android, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, and Outlook. Workplace administrators get floor-plan tools, visitor logs, room and desk utilization metrics, access policies, and office workflow features. It is suited to organizations that want to assemble workplace basics by module rather than adopt a desk-only tool.
The published plans show a free plan alongside paid modules. Desk Booking Accelerate is listed at $2.25 per desk per month with monthly billing and $3 per desk per month with annual billing, covering desk reservations by day or hour, permanent assignments, office neighborhoods, amenity tags, and team safety features. Room Scheduling Accelerate is listed at $15 per room per month monthly or $19 per room per month annually, adding room booking, floor-plan availability, calendar and timeline views, unused-room release, and utilization analytics.
