Our verdict on EasyEntra

EasyEntra is a Windows application for administrators managing Microsoft 365 tenants and hybrid or cloud-only Entra ID environments. It brings user properties, license, mailbox, group, and MFA settings into one console, alongside selected on-premises Active Directory management. Its multi-tenant scope makes it relevant to small, mid-market, and enterprise teams supporting multiple directories; teams needing browser-based administration should look elsewhere.

The standout fit is operational administration across tenants: EasyEntra supports template-driven user onboarding, automated hybrid or cloud user decommissioning, bulk operations, and scheduled processes. It can manage BitLocker and Windows LAPS, and offers PST export and HRIS workflow integration through EasyEntraPS and Virtual User Templates. Microsoft Graph and Exchange Online are listed integrations. These capabilities suit teams that want repeatable account and policy work in a Windows console, rather than a narrowly focused license manager.
