E3D Planner is cloud-based web software for designing event venues and layouts in 2D and 3D. It is built for event planners, venues, caterers, wedding professionals, agencies, and other event teams that need to place tables and décor, create seating charts, import venue floor plans, and present designs to clients or vendors. Reusable templates, augmented-reality venue viewing, PDF exports, interactive share links, and real-time editing support the planning process from layout creation through stakeholder review.
Pricing is organized across four plans. Starter costs $16.99 per month and supports one event at a time, a Basic 3D Objects catalog, limited seating management, five HD rendering credits, one model version, and an Augmented Reality viewer. Growth costs $27.99 per month and adds up to five events at once, a Standard 3D catalog, full seating guest management, 15 4K rendering credits, up to 35 AI renderings per month, and client share links. Business costs $49.99 per month and includes up to 30 events, a full and custom 3D catalog, full seating management, 30 8K rendering credits, unlimited AI Design Generation, and dedicated training and support.
