It suits founders, agencies, consultants, HR teams, and businesses that need shared document workflows, bulk signing, or API automation. PDF and DOCX imports, a drag-and-drop editor, reusable templates, and email, SMS, and short-link delivery cover the document journey from preparation through signature.
Its standout strength is combining bulk sending with tracking and evidence. Teams can import contacts by CSV, send to groups, and follow delivery, opens, and signatures. Audit trails, document hashes, and RFC 3161 timestamps provide a record of the signing process, while automated reminders and follow-up workflows help manage pending documents.
