Our verdict on Dolfin
Dolfin is an incentive compensation platform for revenue teams, particularly mid-market B2B companies in SaaS, fintech, and other technology-enabled businesses. It provides no-code commission plan design, commission calculation, live earnings visibility, payout tracking, bonuses, SPIFs, sales challenges, and pay-versus-performance analytics. Web, iOS, Android, and Chrome extension access support teams that want compensation information available beyond a desktop workflow.
Pricing is structured across three plans. Starter costs €29 per user per month when billed monthly and includes the no-code plan builder, CRM integrations, commission statement generation, live statements and dashboards, leaderboards, and custom badges. Scale costs €34 per user per month monthly and adds multi-currency management, API and other data integrations, HRIS integration, dispute resolution, and a comp plan simulator. Enterprise includes everything in Scale, plus a dedicated compensation analyst, HRIS user-management connection, end-to-end commission program design and operation, and a sandbox environment; its pricing is custom.
