Docfield is a cloud-based contract and document management platform for legal, procurement, sales, HR and other teams. It is designed for organizations handling recurring contracts, policies and complex documents that need controlled content, collaborative review, approval, signing, storage and renewal management. Its core toolkit includes reusable templates, smart fields, conditional content, comments, track changes, approval steps, electronic signatures, audit trails and data extraction. The platform is available through the web and API.
Pricing is structured around three plans. Basic costs €19 per user per month with annual billing and includes the Docfield Cloud License, document import and onboarding. Team costs €39 per user per month with annual billing and adds conditional logic, custom workflows, unlimited active templates and unlimited active documents. Enterprise includes custom integrations, a clause library, single sign-on and a test environment, with pricing presented as custom. A 14-day free trial is available, while the ongoing offering is paid. This structure makes Basic a starting point for core document workflows, while Team is more suitable when automation and higher active-document capacity matter.
