Our verdict on Device Magic
Device Magic is a mobile forms and data collection platform for organizations digitizing inspections, checklists, reports, work orders, and other field processes. Its drag-and-drop builder supports conditional logic, required fields, calculated answers, and form templates. Teams can collect submissions through web browsers or mobile devices, including offline completion with automatic synchronization. The platform is particularly suited to field operations that need photos, images, signatures, sketches, barcodes, location capture, and pre-populated forms dispatched to workers.
The published plans show a free plan and a 14-day trial of Enterprise features. Max includes unlimited forms, unlimited submissions, offline access, dispatch and scheduling, built-in integrations, and API access. Enterprise includes everything in Max, along with white labeling, analytics, SSO, custom billing options, and partner support.
