A capable choice for offline field forms with rich capture, routing, and reporting.

Device Magic is a mobile forms and data collection platform for organizations digitizing inspections, checklists, reports, work orders, and other field processes. Its drag-and-drop builder supports conditional logic, required fields, calculated answers, and form templates. Teams can collect submissions through web browsers or mobile devices, including offline completion with automatic synchronization. The platform is particularly suited to field operations that need photos, images, signatures, sketches, barcodes, location capture, and pre-populated forms dispatched to workers.
The published plans show a free plan and a 14-day trial of Enterprise features. Max includes unlimited forms, unlimited submissions, offline access, dispatch and scheduling, built-in integrations, and API access. Enterprise includes everything in Max, along with white labeling, analytics, SSO, custom billing options, and partner support. Max and Enterprise are contact-sales plans with annual billing and a three-user minimum, so organizations should include that purchasing process in their evaluation. The plan structure fits teams that need more than basic form creation, especially when submission volume, offline access, or operational workflows matter.
Device Magic also covers the surrounding workflow: submissions can be routed to multiple destinations and formats, reports can use custom PDF, Word, and Excel templates, and analytics include dashboards and custom charts. Integrations include services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Amazon S3, Zapier, Slack, Salesforce, SQL, HTTPS, and SFTP. User groups and form access controls support differentiated access, while web, iOS, Android, API, and self-hosted options broaden deployment choices. Choose it for field teams that need dependable offline capture and structured dispatch; choose a simpler online form tool if those workflows and capture options are unnecessary.
