Our verdict on DealMerge
DealMerge is a cloud, web-based CRM and brokerage workflow platform for commercial real estate brokers. It brings contacts, properties, leases, deals, notes, tasks, documents, and activity into one workspace. The product is suited to solo brokers as well as small, mid-market, and enterprise teams that need connected records for property and deal work. Lead and property matching, imports, email and calendar synchronization, lease analytics, forecasting, and an AI assistant extend it beyond basic contact management.
Pricing is structured around three plans. Core costs $99 per user per month, billed monthly, and includes CRM, deals and leases, lead matching, email and calendar sync, 75 GB of document storage, light forecasting, and 50 AI extractions per month. Pro costs $159 per user per month and adds advanced AI, custom pipelines, multiple email and calendar sync accounts, 200 GB of document storage, and advanced forecasting. Enterprise adds tailored onboarding and migration support, API access, custom sync accounts, unlimited document storage, custom forecasting, and full collaboration and permissions. A 14-day trial is available, and the pricing page states that no credit card is required; the terms allow payment details for some trials.
