Customermates is an open-source CRM for individuals and teams managing contacts, organizations, deals, services, tasks, and sales pipelines. It supports browser-based managed cloud use as well as self-hosting with Docker Compose and PostgreSQL. The product fits teams that want control over deployment while retaining CRM basics, visual deal management, API access, webhooks, and connections for external AI clients.
Pricing is structured around monthly per-user plans. Starter costs €12 per user per month and includes core CRM records, MCP access, REST APIs, webhooks, and interfaces for separately operated n8n workflows. Pro costs €29 per user per month and adds a unified inbox for email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram, plus one connected account per user and read-only calendar access. Business costs €69 per user per month, adding three connected accounts per user, shared accounts, team-wide inbox visibility, and priority support. Enterprise adds custom scope, done-for-you setup, dedicated support, unlimited connected accounts under fair-use terms, and custom terms. A 7-day Pro trial is available, while the free option is the self-hosted open-source core.
The strongest fit is for teams that value an open architecture and want CRM data, messaging, automation, and AI connectivity in one system. REST and OpenAPI documentation, signed webhooks with retries and delivery logs, n8n integration, and MCP support give technical teams several ways to extend workflows. The trade-off is a more infrastructure-oriented setup for self-hosted deployments, and mobile access is through responsive web access rather than native iOS or Android apps. Choose Customermates for open-source flexibility and integration control; consider another CRM if native mobile apps or a less technical deployment model is essential.
