Copper CRM is a cloud CRM for relationship-focused businesses, including agencies, consultants, creators, financial-services teams and other service businesses. It brings contacts, leads, sales opportunities, projects, tasks and reporting into a system designed around Google Workspace. Customizable sales pipelines, contact forms, lead capture, email tracking and mobile applications support teams managing client relationships across web, iOS and Android.

Published plans show a 14-day free trial but no free plan. Basic costs $29 per seat per month with monthly billing or $23 per seat per month with annual billing, adding flexible pipelines, team collaboration, task automation, project management and contact enrichment. Professional costs $69 monthly or $59 annually and adds revenue tracking, workflow automation, bulk email, reporting and integrations. Business costs $134 monthly or $99 annually, with customer nurture, custom analytics, unlimited usage, email series and premium support. Annual pricing is displayed as a discounted monthly equivalent billed annually, with prices in USD excluding applicable taxes and fees.

Its clearest advantage is ecosystem fit. Gmail email, contact and file synchronization sits alongside Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Sheets and Looker Studio integrations, while connections to Slack, Mailchimp, DocuSign, QuickBooks, PandaDoc, Zendesk, Zapier and LinkedIn extend the workflow. AI email writing and rewriting, email sequences, pipeline automations for emails and reminders, custom reports and iOS and Android apps add breadth beyond basic contact management. Choose Copper when CRM work should stay close to Google Workspace and client processes; consider another CRM if a free plan or lower-cost higher-tier pricing matters more than that integration focus.
